Your account and its data are removed from Daphne's database right away. Encrypted backup copies are gone within 30 days.
Can't open the app?
Email [email protected] from the address you sign in with and ask us to delete your account. We'll delete it and confirm by email within 7 days.
What's deleted
- Your account and email address, sign-in codes and sessions.
- Your preferences, lists, pantry, saved recipes, and the items you told Daphne you don't like.
- Usage records and app activity tied to you.
- Shop together: your invite codes and household sharing.
- Your Kroger account link, if you made one.
- A waitlist signup with the same email, if you joined the waitlist on getdaphne.app.
What's kept
Nothing in Daphne that identifies you. Product scores are stored by product, not by person, and stay for everyone.
Deleting your account doesn't cancel a subscription. Cancel it in your Google Play or App Store account settings. Google and Apple keep their own purchase records, and RevenueCat keeps Daphne's subscription record (linked to an account number, not your email) for as long as the law requires, usually 3 years after a subscription ends. Emails stay in the inboxes they were sent to, including any you sent to support.
If you linked Kroger, Daphne deletes its access pass. To fully disconnect, also remove Daphne in your Kroger account settings.
